This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 655 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent and Mr.M.Kannan for the second respondent.

3. The learned senior counsel after making his submissions for sometime, sought for the permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this quash petition and to raise all grounds before the Court below.

4. In the light of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below.
