ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband namely Madhan Kumar based on the representation dated 21.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's mother dated 19.08.2024 with regard to missing of his daughter, CSR No.135 of 2024 came to be registered on 20.08.2024, that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.08.2024 seeking police protection and that thereafter, the petitioner's parents and her husband Madhan Kumar's parents were called for on 2/4

23.08.2024 and after enquiry, on the basis of the statement given by the petitioner, her mother and her husband, CSR No.135 of 2024 was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
