ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to accord police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 21.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the respondents shown in the petitioner's complaint dated 21.08.2024 and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
