: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the impugned order in e.f.vz; .03/nghJ/E2 PS/2018, dated 04.06.2018 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently, to direct the respondents for grant permission for conduct agitation on 14.06.2018 at about 04.00 PM or any other earliest date near Ammapettai Bus Stand by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, if he wants to conduct any agitation in future. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
