NDPS Act and under Section 77 of JJ Act, in crime No.653 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein and other accused were found in possession of 200 gms of Ganja. Hence the case.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested only on 25.07.2024 and the investigation is yet to be completed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.
