Contemnor/Respondent PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the contemnor/respondent for her wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.8008 of 2018 dated 19.03.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the files of the 4th respondent pertaining to its order bearing Oo.mu.No.6330/A2/2017 dated 26/02/2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T ASSISTANT(SCIENCE) from the date of appointment that is on 01-06-2015 and direct the respondents to disburse monetary and other attendant service benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment that is 01.06.2015 with interest within time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
