By order dated 04.03.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.2/2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.745/2021 dated 11.08.2021 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown and seeking further time for examination of witnesses, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
