O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 23.06.2020 rejecting the petitioner's request for granting approval for her appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant in the third respondent - School.

Under the impugned order, the first respondent has rejected the petitioner's request, since she is handling Classes upto 10th Standard though G.O.(Ms) No.270, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019, prescribes that B.E., B.Ed., qualified persons shall handle Classes only upto 8th Standard.

Since in the connected writ petition, namely, W.P.(MD) No.8083 of 2020, the petitioner has given an unconditional undertaking that in future, she will be handling Classes only upto 8th Standard in accordance with G.O. (Ms) No.270, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019, the impugned order dated 23.06.2020, passed by the first respondent in this writ petition has to be quashed and the matter has to be remanded back to the first respondent for fresh consideration in the light of the order passed by this Court in the connected writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.8083 of 2020 and in the light of the unconditional undertaking given by the petitioner that she will handle Classes only upto 8th Standard as per the Government Order in G.O. (Ms) No.270, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:
(a) The impugned order dated 23.06.2020, passed by the first respondent, is quashed.
(b) The matter is remanded back to the first respondent for fresh consideration in the light of the order passed by this Court in the connected writ petition in W.P. (MD) No.8083 of 2020 and in the light of the unconditional undertaking given by the petitioner that she will handle Classes only upto 8th Standard as per the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.270, Higher Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019.
(c) On such remand, the first respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the order passed by this Court in the connected writ petition in W.P.(MD) No. 8083 of 2020 and in the light of the unconditional undertaking given by the petitioner that she will abide by the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.270, Higher
Education (J1) Department, dated 03.12.2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(d) No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
