Respondent/Defacto Complainant Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure code to call for the records pertaining to impugned in C.C.No.68 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur ORDER:- The Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 06/03/2020 and 18/12/2020 of this court and the requistion letter submitted by the the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Sriviliputur in Letter in D.No.328 dated 23/08/2021 this court made the following order:

By order dated 06.03.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of C.C.No.68/2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.328 dated 23.08.2021 wherein, the learned Judge citing Covid-19 lockdown, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order. Earlier, by order dated 18.12.2020, extension of six months has been granted by this Court.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
