ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application along with a challan dated 03.04.2023 to the respondents requesting them to survey his land situated in Survey Nos.128/2F and 128/3 at Pudhuvadi Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that these type of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a stipulated time.

3. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the process of survey, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
