JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Challenging the order, dated 22.03.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.4994 of 2022, this Writ Appeal has been preferred by the appellants / third parties.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2, 3 & 6 submitted 2/5

that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.4994 of 2022, dated 22.03.2022, the sixth respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1481/2021/C1, dated 29.07.2022 has passed the order and produced the copy of the order before this Court and further submitted that the appellants are not parties in the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, the sixth respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1481/2021/C1, dated 29.07.2022 to the appellants within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the appellants are aggrieved against the said order, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if they are so advised.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
