2. We went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The prayer is for removal of the petition mentioned encroachments.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that Form - I notice was served on 31.08.2023 and Form - II notice was served on 03.10.2023.

4. We direct the third respondent to take the matter to its logical conclusion. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
