ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR No.259/2012 on the file of the second respondent including the alleged RCS communication in Serial No.1257794 sent by the second respondent dated 07.06.2012 for the closure of the case upon the petitioner and to set-aside the same as illegal and consequently, direct the second respondent to carry on proper and lawfully investigation and proceed with the accused legally.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side 2/4

counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that earlier the closure report has been filed and the same was accepted by the learned Magistrate and the case has been closed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief, if he is aggrieved. 22.04.2026 apd TO
