O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to disburse the award amount due and payable to the Petitioner in the light of proceedings of the first respondent, dated 16.4.2019 and the consequential proceedings of the second respondent, dated 18.8.2022, thereby, recommending for refixation of the award amount. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the compensation amount has been deposited in L.A.O.P.No.21 of 2023, on the file of Subordinate Court, Madurai on 13.11.2022 and the said representation is recorded. Hence, it is for the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the concerned Court.

4.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands 2/4

disposed of. No costs.
