The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petition has been filed by the accused in Crime No.1573 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District. It is the further submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners and the defacto complainant have entered compromise and memo to that effect has also been filed.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the second Respondent is present before this Court and submits that he has filed a vakalat for the second Respondent and concedes the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent submits that there was no previous case is pending against the Petitioners.
