This petition has been filed to direct to first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2023 and further direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.20 of 2023 on the file of third Respondent and entrust the same to some other.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the complaint was closed and the petitioner is also filed protest petition.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
