This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.16398 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021 has not been complied with.

2.Today(08.12.2023), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submit that the order of this Court has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.73274/C2/E1/2023, dated 29.11.2023. A copy of the proceedings has also been produced before this Court.
