This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.710 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in this case and filed a final report before the concerned Court and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.23 of 2020.
