This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned first Additional and Sessions Judge for PCR Cases, Thanjavur, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of her surrender in Crime No.842 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is a dispute regarding money transaction. Based on the complaint of the third Respondent, the FIR in Crime No.842 of 2022 had been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the Petitioner is having no previous case. 4.On consideration of the rival submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned first Additional and Sessions Judge for PCR Cases, Thanjavur, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official 2/4

web-site of this Court. The learned Judge shall consider the Petitioner's bail application on surrender by the Petitioner and dispose of the same as per law.
