ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent 1 and 2 to survey the subject property situated in S.No.662/2A2 to an extent of 0.20.23 Hectors respectively situated at V Pudukkottai Village, Vedachandur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

4. According to the petitioner, Patta for the subject property stands in his name of the petitioner in Patta No.1340. He submitted an online application on 16.06.2025 in A.No.2025/0123/13/013020, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
