ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted a copy of the letter sent by the Block Development Officer in proceedings No.A8/2600/2008, dated 16.10.2020. There is a reference regarding https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6748 of 2014 the revision submitted by the writ petitioner, dated 15.10.2020. The letter further reveals that the petitioner is continuing as Overhead Tank Operator even with his consent. The petitioner has said that he is not interested in pursuing his remedy for appointment to the post of Bill Collector and further said that he has withdrawn the writ petition.

2.In view of the said letter, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. The said letter is to be treated as part and parcel of the record in the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
