This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.8 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that after due investigation, the 3rd respondent referred the case in crime No.8 of 2018 as 'Further Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served to the petitioner and hence, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if she is so advised.
