This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.No.53 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
