This petition has been filed to quash the impugned order in M.C.No.2 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018 on the file of the respondent No.1 as against the petitioners as the same is illegal. 2.The petitioners filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against them under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of April, 2018. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year.
