Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the concerned records relating to the order of the Second respondent bearing reference No.SRCAPP1849 (2013-14) B.Ed/TN/2012-13/50904, dated 22.04.2013 and the order bearing Reference No. F.No.89-150/2013/Appeal/ 9th meeting 2013, dated 25.09.2013 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as being illegal arbitrary, malafide and consequently direct the second respondent to process the petitioners application dated 22.12.2012 and, if found in order, grant recognition for commencing B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Course for 2013-14 on wards as sought for with a further order directing the third respondent to grant permanent affiliation and to the effect.

O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, the application submitted by the petitioner College for recognition of B.Ed Course was rejected . The said impugned order has been passed in the year 2013.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner Institution, the petitioner College is no longer interested in pursuing their application for getting recognition of B.Ed Course. In the impugned order dated 22.04.2013, the first respondent has been directed to refund a sum of Rs.50,100/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand and One Hundred only) that was remitted by the writ petitioner College towards processing fee. However, according to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the first respondent is yet to refund the said amount as per the orders of the second respondent herein.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and the direction issued in the impugned order itself, the first respondent is directed 3/5
to refund a sum of Rs.50,100/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand and One Hundred only) to the petitioner Institution within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
