Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.What is under challenge in this writ petition is only an order appointing the third respondent as enquiry officer under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. At this stage, the rights of the writ petitioner have not really been infringed. The petitioner can as well participate in the enquiry and challenge the consequential actions.
3.Leaving open all the contentions and defences of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
