Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is no more. Originally, the writ petitioner had availed loan from Madurai Urban Cooperative Bank. It is under liquidation. The petitioner received demand notice for payment of certain sum of money. The petitioner wanted this Court to permit him to clear the liability in installments.

3. It is not for the writ Court to grant such relief. In any event, the liability has mounted to more than Rs.11 Lakhs. It is for the legal heirs of the borrower to work out their rights in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
