: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in Cr.M.P.No.53/2019 dated 06.09.2019 and issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other order or direction directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu namely Daniel Sevir Kumar, S/o.Sagayanathan, aged about 32 years, who has been termed as "SAND OFFENDER" and now detained in Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
