Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.05.2019 and 17.06.2019 to the 3rd respondent and based on the memorandum in Na.Ka.No.3419/2019/Aa3, dated 28.06.2019, by the 5th respondent, to allot the petitioner a free house being a homeless under schedule tribe category within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.05.2019 and 17.06.2019 given to the 3rd respondent and based on the memorandum of the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.3419/2019/Aa3, dated 28.06.2019, allot the petitioner a free house.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given representations on 16.05.2019 and 17.06.2019 to allot a free house to the petitioner, as he a homeless person, who falls under the Schedules Tribe category. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 5 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.05.2019 and 17.06.2019 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
