The present Writ Petition has been filed by a drawing Teacher working in the fourth respondent School seeking to quash the enquiry notice sent to him on 18.07.2025.
2. As per the averments in the writ affidavit, the documents that were annexed in the charge memo were not furnished to him. Hence, the enquiry notice was put to challenge.
3. Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, all the documents that are referred to be annexed with charge Memo have been served.

4. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
