The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings dated 08.11.2021 passed in Na.Ka.No.2866/2021 SP by the first respondent and the notice dated 10.11.2021 issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that he has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 28.03.2024, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
