Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that against the order passed by this Court preferred writ appeal and the same was also allowed. Subseequenty, review application is also filed, wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt petition.
