ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty, however, to file objections to show cause notice dated 23.08.2012, which is impugned in this writ petition. 2.Such liberty is granted. In the light of the endorsement made by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file its objection to show cause notice dated 23.08.2012, within a period of three weeks from today (i.e.24.07.2019). Proceedings shall be completed by the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of objections, after hearing the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
