Heard both sides.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from providing electricity service connection to the well in the petition mentioned survey number. During the pendency of the writ petition, connection has already been provided. Nothing survives for further adjudication. Liberty is given to the petitioner to question the grant of service connection.

3. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
