Ms. No. 368 P & AR dated 18.10.1993 and in the light of (i) G.O Ms. NO. 169 dated 02.01.2011 (ii) G.O. Ms. No. 212 dated 23.12.2011 (iii) G.O. Ms. NO. 120 dated 08.08.2011 and (iv) G.O. Ms. No. 137 dated 08.06.2012.

No.17603 of 2019 This Petition is filed to restore W.P(MD)No.9168 of 2012 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 29.8.2019, by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and W.P(MD) No.9168 of 2012 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 29.08.2019 is restored to file.
