Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.S.Ramanathan, learned Counsel for Respondent.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 637 days in filing Criminal revision case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.4330 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.72 of 2023 passed by Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Madurai, dated 28.07.2023 by confirming the judgment and conviction in S.T.C.No.316 of 2021 by Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC at Magistrate Level, Madurai, dated 31.05.2023.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for Revision Petitioner, submitted that Revision Petitioner do not propose to press the present petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 2/4

4. Mr.S.Ramanathan, learned Counsel for Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Crl.RC(MD)SR. No.27941 of 2025 is rejected.
