ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Rank not known, who was arrested on 19.07.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 177, 212, 216 and 217 of I.P.C in Cr.No.153 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of A-1. He is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is pending and the petitioner/accused is in custody for more than 55 days. The victim girl is not yet secured and a Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.(MD).No.518/2016 is also pending before this Court.

4. In these circumstances, the interim bail already granted by this Court on 15.09.2016, is extended with the modification to appear before the respondent Police, once in a week I.e on every Sunday until further orders.
