This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.137 of 2016, pending on the file of the second respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D under the supervision of the first respondent and further to file the final report in the said case.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in Crime No.137 of 2016 investigation has been completed by the respondent police and closed as 'Mistake of fact' as early as on 15.12.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
