ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 182 of 2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other investigating agency that the respondent police are not conducting proper investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed as mistake of fact and RCS No.18 of 2025 has also been served to the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed that they have not been served with the closure report.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 30-07-2025 Internet:Yes DSK
