Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was having license to sell tender coconuts and other items in Vaigai Dam. It was cancelled by the impugned order. Since this Court had granted interim order, the petitioner continued to enjoy the fruits of the license. It is stated that even as on date, the petitioner is the licensee. In these circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
