ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent herein accepting possession of the petitioner, had issued a certificate in favour of the third party in respect of the lands belonging to the petitioner. Therefore, he had made a representation on 04.05.2012 to the District Collector/ the first respondent, herein to take action against the third respondent. The first respondent had forwarded the complaint to the second respondent directing him to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. It is the case of the petitioner is that, thereafter, no action has been taken, therefore he had approached this Court seeking for a Mandamus.

2. Considering the limited prayer, the first respondent is directed to take appropriate action pursuant to the representation made by the writ petitioner, dated 04.05.2012 within the period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
