When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.855 of 2025 and it is pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
