ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent herein giving service connection to the second respondent herein.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that already service connection has been effected in favour of the second respondent herein.

3. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the service connection given to the second respondent based upon the Civil Court proceedings.
