The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the papers have been returned already to the petitioner.

2. The stand of the respondents is that the petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.60,250/- from the third respondent Society. The petitioner claims that he never borrowed any amount from the Society. Hence, he has given complaint and wants action to be taken under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

3. The direction sought for cannot be given. As and when recovery measures are taken, it is always open to the petitioner to establish that he never borrowed the amount. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
