2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that before the Civil Court, UCO Bank has filed a case against the petitioner and others and the petitioner undertakes to pay the entire amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs to the victim within a period of two weeks.
3. It is seen that on 26.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Even though this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, as the petitioner has agreed to pay the entire amount to the victims within a period of two weeks, the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks and she shall appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and if she failed to pay the amount within a period of two weeks, the police is empowered to take appropriate action. She shall not leave the place of residence without the consent of the respondent police. police, it is open to the respondent to bring it to the attention of the Court to pass appropriate orders.
