Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pertaining to the Impugned G.O.(D) No.43, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries (Fs-6) Department, dated 13.03.2017 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to pay a compensation of additional Rs.15 Lakhs for the Fisherman whose boats were savaged by the atrocious activities of Srilankan Navy.
