Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.954 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14854 of 2022 on 20.01.2023. 1/3
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.954 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14854 of 2022 on 20.01.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
