ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 09.07.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilayankudi. 2.The second respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.16 of 2013 for declaration and injunction. In that suit, after the defendant's side evidence was completed, the first respondent filed an application to implead himself as a party to the suit proceedings. The said application was allowed. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that without interfering with the order impugned in this petition, a direction shall be issued by this Court to dispose of the suit within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner and also considering the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2013, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
