M/S.VISHNUVARDHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21182 of 2022 on 08.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that while passing the order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21182 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Rupees only) to the defacto complainant directly. As per the direction of this Court, the petitioners approached the defacto complainant to pay the above said compensation amount, but the defacto complainant refused to receive the said amount. 3.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Rupees only) to the credit of Crime No.226 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.
