O R D E R
The prayer made in this writ petition reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Court may be pleaded to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, forbearing respondents 4, 7 and 8 and their men or anyone authorized by them from anyway interfering with the profession of selling authorized and branded CD cassettes at No.65, Arabu Avulia Darga Complex, Bus Stand, Vedasanthur, Dindigul District. "
The prayer has been worded in omni bus fashion. Such general prayers cannot be granted.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) pointed out that Crime No.124 of 2015 was registered on the file of Vedasanthur police station, against the petitioner and also it has been charged sheeted and the trial is still pending.
3. It is for the petitioner to establish his innocence in the said case. I am not inclined to grant any relief. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
